Extra Feature: Calendly CTA

Automatically Add A Calendly CTA To Your Sales Streams

What Does This Feature Do?

The Calendly CTA feature makes it easy for prospects to book time with you by adding a CTA to your Sales Streams that’s linked to your Calendly account.

This feature automatically generates and places a Link CTA in your Sales Streams: when clicked, the link opens the Calendly UI in an overlay on top of the Sales Stream, giving your prospects a convenient way to schedule a meeting with you — without taking them out of the Stream.

You can place the Calendly CTA within the Stream, among your Items:

Or you can place it beside Items when they are viewed:

(You can also use both placements if you want.)

The CTA’s basic design and its position within a Stream are also customizable.

How To Enable Calendly CTA

To use Calendly CTA, simply turn on the options Calendly CTA > Stream Level and/or Calendly CTA > Item Level in Flipbot’s settings, and configure the additional options according to your preference. See here for instructions.

Note: Once Calendly CTA is turned on, it will be active for all Sales Streams in the Hub(s) where Flipbot is installed! It’s not possible to turn it on/off for individual Sales Streams, but specific users can disable it for all of their Streams by removing their Calendly URL from their Uberflip account profile.

Using Calendly CTA

Once Calendly CTA is turned on and configured in Flipbot’s settings, it will automatically generate and add Calendly CTAs to all Sales Streams belonging to users who have a Calendly URL in their Uberflip account profiles. To ensure that the Calendly CTAs appear on their Sales Streams, a Sales Rep must add their Calendly URL to their profile in Uberflip.

The Calendly CTA itself consists of a standard solid-colored tile with the user’s profile picture, the tagline, and a link button. The background color, tagline and button label are all centrally set in Flipbot’s settings and apply to all users (they can’t be customized for individual users — if a user does not have a profile picture set, it will simply be omitted from the CTA).
